We love a good night out – especially when we organise it – and the third exciting instalment of Piri Fino in Walsall was a launch to live long in the memory!

Beyond 400 ensured local socialites, celebrities, business heads, media, plus food & drink bloggers all rubbed shoulders whilst enjoying superb Latino-inspired cocktails and the tastiest, healthiest and 100% natural flame grilled chicken dishes known to man.

The setting was perfect too – a landmark 19th century boatyard cottage at the heart of the multi-million pound Walsall Waterfront regeneration scheme, which has been sympathetically restored to its former glory following a £350,000 investment.

This is authentic Portuguese Piri-Piri grilled chicken (as opposed to the Southern African version) and guests quickly tasted, appreciated and understood the difference – and loved the ‘fast casual’ style of dining that Piri Fino is spearheading, which marries the convenience and affordability of fast food with the more fresh, healthy and exciting food and drink options of fine restaurants.
